★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were trans passing Afyon, arrived here by motorbike after a long ride and parked right in front of the hotel gate. Staff is friendly and respectful, rooms are nice and hotel is quiet. Spend only one night there. We're expecting a spectacular breakfast though it was ordinary. This is Afyon guys come on, you need to improve that. =)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is in the city center. It has big restaurant, spa, clean rooms moderately. The room has money case. Reservation is too good. It is close to many restaurants, sausage shop, museum, historical places by walking distance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad air conditioning, and we rent another room for my friend weeding, the room wasn’t so good at all, it was a really dirty, But the service was good so far, I really recommend to not rent in this hotel if you don’t like hot room.

It's Clean, Reception Is Kind and Helpful and It's Close to Everywhere You May Want to Go.
In General, It's Great for The Cost But It's Not a Hotel to Brag About.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No Airconditioning. I really wanted to give this place full marks but it’s deceptive to sell the rooms stating the rooms have Airconditioning when the system doesn’t work - and judging from some reviews this is not a new issue. If you can do without AC then give this place a try. The location is excellent, the staff friendly and the rooms are clean and well decorated. Breakfast was varied with lots of fruit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The dinner was good and breakfast OK. The pillowcases weren't clean, the pool area was so old and not clean that we decided no to go into it. Seems like the whole hotel needs a renovation. Considering the price it was just OK.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a 2 night stay in July (5 months ago) for business. The internet was very very slow and not sufficient for my needs. The staff did try to help and accepted the cancellation of the second day as I checked out in the morning and provided my bank detailed for the refund. Despite many follow ups I still haven't received my refund 5 months on! By now the Turkish Lira has lost about 50% of its value and even if they do refund half of what I've paid is lost. 5 months on I don't have any more time to chase the refund and opted to leave this review instead. If you need internet avoid this place and good luck if you need a refund!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst hotel I have ever stayed in… I called them and asked for price and I went to the hotel 10 minutes later of my calling then they changed the price…I called 3 times to reception for water and after 30 minutes they brought me water … they charged me for one water… receptions couldn’t speak English and they are too Rude and impudent… after one night I ran away…don’t waste your money…it’s for stars but services are like 1 star…
