★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service I have EVER received at any McDonalds in the world. After visiting ten times, it has been consistently mediocre. Ordering, attention to details with sauces, sugar, napkins are never there. Rude customer service, food temperature sucks, always cold. Little MENU options, you get the picture. Go and see for yourself. You will surely be disappointed. This is weird, because anywhere in Turkey you'll find great customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your usual Mcdonals place.. can be very busy and sometimes un organized. You see the delivery man going inside preparing orders … I don’t think that’s hygienic …. He took fries to fulfill his order and left me waiting for 10 minutes for the next batch…. It lacks organization and leadership. Hence the three star review

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious fresh food, but only the small part of the menu was available. Second floor was closed. Restroom is in bad condition, smelly and piles of trash and used toilet paper.
