★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Online sipariş ver..700 metre mesafeye 1 saatte gelsin ..tabi onu da 2 kez telefonla ikaz ederek başar..sonra gelen sipariş ile istenen sipariş farklı olsun.....işin en komik yanı ise ;içecek istenmesine rağmen , içecek yerine uzunca pipeti gelsin..( degisik bir mana katıyor aslında ama..neyse ..)
Sonra şikayet hattını ara ..onlar da ilgili şubeye ikaz notu düşsünler ve özür dileriz muhabbeti..hemen iade ya da ürün değişikliği diye kusuru telafi etme klişeleri....normal şartlarda 700 metrelik mesafeye 1 saatte gelen sipariş ,kaldı ki o da yanlış sipariş,iadesi yarını bulur derken ..o da ne..? 30 dakika olmuş hala gelen giden yok..toplam da bir parça ürün yiyelim dedik..günümüzden 1 stt 40 k çaldılar..yetmedi iade felan da yok..o da aynı taktik beklet vazgeçir taktigi.mi acaba!..ne yapalım yapacak işlerimiz var en fazla 20 dakikalık öğle yemeği Faslı akşam oldu henüz gerçekleşmedi..ben de McDonald's Primemall şubeye 48 TL lik bağışta bulundum.. bu arada yeri gelmişken belirtiym..sonradan farkettim ki; 48 TL iki siparişe 28 TL lik irsaliye faturası kesilmiş .işte burası işin daha da ilginç tarafı.
Uzun lafın kısası siz siz olun bu şubeye ugramayin diyemem ama online sipariş etmeyin..çünkü online kredi kartı seçeneğini oluşturacak teknik altyapıları yok...o yüzden online verirseniz akşam yemegi için öğleden siparişinizi yapin ayrıca getiren Kuryeyi, saolasin eline sağlık ,deyip göndermeden önce ürünü çingene gibi kapı önünde açıp inceleyin..herşey yanlış çıkabilir...
Bu bir negativ deneyimimim idi..bir daha asla olmayacak.48 TL den vazgeçtim...en azından o kurye kardeşime versinler işini en iyi yapan bence o.. ona vereceklerse helal olsun aksi halde söyleyecek sözüm kalmadi .
Ürün evimin kapısının çöplüğünde şuan.(hani tabiri caizse yemiş kadar olduk), sokak kedileri tenezzül ederse afiyet olsun...

Long story short, be you, I cannot say not to visit this branch, but do not order online ... because they do not have the technical infrastructure to create an online credit card option ... so if you order online, make your order for dinner in the afternoon and also bring the courier, saolasin health, before sending it open and examine it in front of the door like a gypsy ... everything may be wrong ...
