For those who are looking for a clean and hygienic environment, I definitely say mc sport, a warm family atmosphere, a smiling and professional team, I have been going for about 3 years, it is a studio you will never leave with fast results. You will encounter lessons that strengthen your muscles and include effective movements rather than classical pilates understanding. There is also a fitness area and running bands, thanks to Meltem and Yaşar teachers ?

We have been together for 3 years with Mc sport. My reasons for choosing it are that it is stable, disciplined, self-sacrificing and of course hygienic as well as being of high quality. There is a warm family atmosphere. Their sincerity is incredible. They have caught that balance very well.

Esnekliğimin ve gücümün arttığını çok ciddi fark ederken aynı zamanda duruş bozukluğumdan da kurtuldum. Dersler çok eğlenceli, hoş sohbetli ve verimli geçiyor. Gerçekten bu kadar istikrarlı yapabildiğim tek spor oldu. Bana reformerı sevdiren Yaşar ve Nermin hocaya çok teşekkür ederim. I continue my reformer pilates classes, which I started in June, without a break. While I realized that my flexibility and strength had increased, I also got rid of my posture disorder. The lessons are very entertaining, pleasant and productive. It was really the only sport I could do so consistently. I would like to thank Yaşar and Nermin for making me love the reformer.

Derslerimin olduğu günleri iple çekiyorum ve herkese tavsiye ediyorum :) Thanks to reformer pilates, which I started 4 months ago, I feel much healthier and more vigorous. It was the professional staff and clean salon that made me love it so much. I look forward to the days of my classes and recommend it to everyone :)
