Randevu almadan gitmişim gibi bir algı oluşturmaya çalışıyorlar. 16:30'daki randevuma 16:20'de gidip iceri 17:15te girebildim. Makinelerden birinin bozuk olduğunu tek makineyle calismak zorunda kaldıklarını iddia ediyorlar. Öyle bir durum olsa bile önceden haber verebilirdiler fakat vermediler. Oraya kadar gidip bekleme salonunda 40 45 dk beklemek zorunda kaldim. Ayrıca istediğim yorumu yapma özgürlüğüne sahibim. Bu arkadaşlar kötü yorum yaptım diye arayıp kızıyorlar. Bizim de işimiz var gücümüz var. Biraz profesyonel davranıp özür dilemek yerine müşteri azarlıyorlar. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. They keep you waiting for more than 40 minutes. I do not recommend. They are trying to create a perception that I went without an appointment. I went to my appointment at 16:30 at 16:20 and was able to enter at 17:15. They claim that one of the machines is broken and they have to work with only one machine. Even if there was such a situation, they could have informed in advance, but they did not.
