★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esnaf olarak diyaloglari iyi. Sucuklari tavada guzel kirmizi bir yag birakiyor ve seksenli yillarda yedigim hafif baharat aromali sucuklari andiriyor. Elle bastirinca yumusak gelse de pistikten sonra gayet diri. Bence her sey bir sucuk icin tam olmasi gerektigi gibi. Kangallar yarim kilo, kilosu ise 70tl. Tavaya hic yag koymadan yaptigim tavada sucuk ektedir. Mutlaka deneyin!
His dialogues as a tradesman are good. Their sausage leaves a nice red oil in the pan and reminds me of the mildly spiced sausages I ate in the eighties. Even though it feels soft when pressed by hand, it is quite alive after rubbing. I think everything is exactly as it should be for a sausage. Coils are half a kilo and 70 TL per kilo. Sausage is added in the pan I made without adding any oil to the pan. Be sure to try it!
