Laminant döşedijten sonra birkaç yerinden üst kaplama kalktı sorunu Ali bey'e ilettik(kendisi Abimin arkadaşı) sorunun giderileceğini söyledi.. Daha sonra aradan zaman geçti biz tekrar aradığımızda tel. Ulaşamadık.. Ben daha sonra Kadir bey'e ulaştığında Laminant firmasından birini gönderdiler, kullanıcı hatası deyip çıktılar. Döşenen laminantın ilk haftasında böyle bir sorun nasıl kullanıcı hatası oluyor anlayabilmiş değilim.. Üstelik ömür boyu garanti sözü verdiler. Mazıoğlu gibi yerleşmiş bir firmayı hiç yakışmayan bir tutum..
Three years ago, I received a laminated oath at Ali Mazığlu company. After laying laminate, a few parts of the top coat were removed. We conveyed the problem to Mr. Ali (his brother's friend) said that the problem would be resolved. Later, time passed and when we called again, the wire. We could not reach it. When I reached Kadir Bey later, they sent someone from Laminant company, they said user error and came out. I do not understand how such a problem is a user fault in the first week of the laid laminate .. Moreover, they promised a lifetime warranty. An attitude that does not suit a settled company like Mazıoğlu ..
