Alışverişimizi yaparken üç hanım personelin sanki fakir fukara insan giydiriyormuş tavırları irite ediciydi. Aldığımız ürünlerin terzi tadilatları yapılması gerektiğinden ancak diğer hafta salı günü tarafıma kargolanacağını belirttiler. Ancak cuma günü arayıp ürünleri sorduğumda pişkin pişkin telefon açık birbirlerine bağırarak seslenmeleri sonucunda "unutmuşuz pardon" dediler. Tüm bu sinir harbi içinde kargo ücretini bana ödettiler. 4 basamaklı meblağlarda alışveriş yapıyorsunuz, bir de kargo size ait diyorlar. İnanılmazlar. İnternet alışverişlerinde ne yapıyorsunuz dediğimde telefondaki hanım sesini çıkaramadı ve sanırım donup kaldı. Ürünlerin umarım terzi hatası olmaz bu kez yasalara sığınacağım. İkinci bir alışverişim olmayacak.
We went to Hoşdere store on 07.03.2020 to buy various products for my mother. While doing our shopping, the attitudes of the three ladies as if they were wearing poor people were irritating. They said that the products we bought will be shipped to me on Tuesday the other week, as tailor modifications are required. However, when I called on Friday and asked about the products, they said "we have forgotten sorry" as a result of their shouting shouting and shouting. In all this nerve war, they paid me the shipping charge. You shop in 4-digit amounts, and they say cargo belongs to you. Unbelievable. When I said what you are doing online shopping, the lady on the phone could not make her voice and I think she was frozen.
