May Thermal otel

Hotel is better for older people, not so much for families with small children. There is miniclub but there was no programe for children :( ... Pool was not so clean and we coudnt go to others pools... Servise in restaurant was so slow, we coudnt find place to sit, mostly dirty tables. Rooms nice and very clean, private spa nice, reception and stuff over+spa very kind, helpful.

Everything needs repairing, very bad smell in showers, prices do not match the quality at all, very expensive prices of massages and no matter what kind of massage you will choose (reminding again that prices are very expensive) finally you will get same because here they do not make any difference between bali and classical massage or between medical and classical. Very bad organizing of service. In spa using expird cosmetic products. Medical service absent. This "5 stars hotel" should change menu and many other things......

Rooms are pretty good and clean. Thermal pools are also fair. Swimming pool is not so big as a 5 stars hotel standards. Thermal services are awesome. Most of these services is consisted in prices. But you have to pay extra money for massages. Restaurants are not satisfying. The size of saloon if tables is ok but the self service place is really small, so busy. Note: there is no lunch as a main meal.

It is a lovely and a very comfortable hotel for thermal holiday. My sister and I had a wonderful 10 days. Spa was our favourite and the staff was so kind. Shortly clean and tasty hotel. I can recommend to everyone, we will be back soon !!!!!!! Thank you....

The hotel is just like its facade, a lot of fake luxury! Do yourself a favor and don’t come here. I will tell you my reasons why I’ll never come back and waste any more money in this place! Getting 2 rooms, one was a king size, but in truth it is just 2 twins just pushed together, and in the other where 3 people were staying after a few hours of asking for them to bring the extra bed which it was just so uncomfortable for the poor soul, we had to ask for extra mattresses because you could feel the wrought iron bellow. Internet access was difficult (yes, you come to a hotel to disconnect but if they are offering this service it should be easy to access) having to come down to the reception to get connected. The AC fan in the room never goes quiet even though it is off. The pools were built without any thought or reason as you have to travel from one side of the hotel to go from the thermal pool from the Olympic pool. Food was horrible, stale, way to greasy and made my stomach turn. I’m utterly disappointed and just have to wonder how in the world this hotel got 5 stars?

Staff isn’t really friendly. Hotel is „new“ but looks very old. Cleanliness bad. The hotel doesn‘t deserve a star! Really embarrassing! ?????? Don‘t go.
