A quiet, decent site with a pool near the sea.

Great site, not too crowded. Perfect for families with children.

It's a neat site. It has a history of about 25 years.

State lands that are sold as land to expatriate citizens, especially by those who receive rents on time. Later, wonderful triplex villa houses were built on these plots. There are approximately 500 such garden villas in this area. It is generally used only as a summer residence. Natural gas still hasn't arrived. The beach is neglected. The sea is extremely sandy, shallow, dirty and dangerous. Unfortunately, news of drowning comes in the long inclusion lane every day. There is an Aqua park nearby. A new one is also being made. On the road passing by the beach, it is possible to come across people who do all kinds of vagrants with their vehicles. Those who picnic under the injured trees on the beach unfortunately pollute the environment. Mosquitoes at night are uncomfortable.

It is very well looked after, the most decent place in that area and it is clean. The only flaw is that beach doesn't suit there.

It is in a nice neighborhood to escape the sweltering heat of Samsun city center. The site pool is very clean and adequate, and it is admirable that the residents of the site do not use the pool when the pool is used by another family.
