The hotel is nice in terms of comfort, but the hospitality is 0 no guests Not Perver, they took 10 lira for 2 teas, so I always stay in hotels, I have never seen such disgrace in any hotel

How lucky are you for Elazig ?... Dear Mr. Taner and Ms. Derya made me feel at home in this hotel where I went for business. From the cleaning team to the kitchen team, from the service team to the management, the whole team did not look at their guests as customers, but took care and acted as if they were welcome at home. A wonderful ambiance in nature... the cleanliness of the pool and the rooms, the taste of the food (especially the yoghurt roasts ?), the presentation of everything to you as if it were special, was simply amazing. The smiling faces of the whole team and the immediate positive feedback on possible problems impressed me a lot. It is definitely the right address for those who want silence and a peaceful holiday. It's a place I can't wait to go for business and go again for vacation. Thank you all blue lake family for everything, hope to be with you again as soon as possible ?

Traveling around Turkey by car, we stopped here for one night, but decided to stay for one more. An excellent place for rest and relaxation. Friendly and helpful staff. Good hotel restaurant, delicious food and excellent service. There is a swimming pool, also flawlessly. Also, you can ask for and arrange a boat ride. We are very pleased with the rest, I recommend the hotel !!! And I would love to come back again.
