Çok güzeldi çok memnun kaldık. Resepsiyondaki abimiz de çok güleryüzlü sıcakkanlıydı ve bize her şeyde yardımcı oldu

Yorum yapmadan önce yorumları okudum. Odalarda su yok diyen bir arkadaş var o haklı. Su akmıyor lan banyodan. Sabah kahvaltı işini ayrıca görücez şuan saat 01.15 ne çekmeyen tvsinden ne kumandası olmayan klimadan bahsetmiyorum. Su yok lan su buraya 4 yıldız veren temizlik için incir yaprağı kullananlara sesleniyorum sizin yapacağınız işin içine incir ağacı sokayım hayır bide oylamada yıldız vertiyor

Otel tek kelime ile mükemmel. Odalar temiz ve düzenli. Güleryüzlü Personel, samimi patron ve patroniçe ? bize güzel bir tatil sundular. Nezih müşterileri ve otelin merkezi konumu da artı puan.

Lovely, affordable and accessible place. Most of the places worth visiting are within a walkable distance. Plus the owners are really great people!

My friend and I had booked this hotel for 8 days as we arrived after a long bus ride from Ankara we weren't able to.check in till 2 pm before arrive date we specifically asked for a room with a balcony due to being smokers they said it will not be an issue after 4 hours of trying to waste time in gumbet till our check in time the owners that the room we requested was an extra fee when online it stated 'room with balcony' the owner continued to put the blame on us saying we didn't read nothing clearly when we had shown what the deal was the matter was dealt with in aan extremely rude manner there were children in the foyer as the conversation got heated back and forth the owner demanded we pay the extra fee cause the fault was our we refused he was raising his voice and got very verbal he continued to verbally abused my friend as she stood her ground the owner stood up and got extremely aggressive by this point we asked for our refund because we did not feel safe he told us because it was booked online we had to deal with it on our own very horrible experience will not recommend this hotel to any body not to mention the hygiene of the hotel was questionable.

First ,we decide to chose this hotel ,we looked at the reviews,and we think that hotel had hospitality.The receptionist was kind but we didn't see him again.After 1 hour owners we see owners son as a receptionist. We ask him one question and easy one ? do we have antoher chair our room because we are 2 person you have one chair . And he answered that "No we dont want to give another chair to you .All rooms have one chair. If you are hotel owner and you didnt know how to serve ,Then don t do that job. It's a big shame .Maybe you are cheap hotel in gumbet.But it doesnt mean you behave cheap like this .I'm pretty sure we paid before the entrance of hotel .So you thought ok. we got money and we didnt help anything.Never ever trust this hotel .If you put child in receptionist then you figured it out he played game in his phone never looking at your face .I was working 4 years in tourism.and I know how decline your stars in 11 tourism agency.

The best hotel that we was in Turkey all the workers are like a family, very nice people. If we came again to Bodrum we will repeat 100%. The breakfast also is good, the views are amazing and the food is very good and cheap.
