On 04.12.2021, I went to Pendik Mavi Cadde store to buy my trousers, which I gave for the leg length change. I waited for minutes but they couldn't find the pants. When I said that there is a problem in the operation of this store, I encountered the rude attitudes of the store employees. They never admitted their mistake and didn't even apologize. Since they could not find the pants, they refunded my money, but their attitude during this time was also quite rude. They talked to a customer in a way that would never be spoken to. When I told the store manager about the situation, he defended his friends and went further and replied, "If you come to this store, you will encounter such a style". If they had accepted the mistake and apologized, I would have accepted it with understanding, but as a result of the rudeness, my trust in the Mavi brand was shaken. It is really sad that people like this represent one of Turkey's most famous brands, Mavi. As a result, I could not wear my favorite trousers and it was a shame.
