Üründe alarmi unutuyorlar ve bu yüzden 30km yol yapmam gerekti. Bir kuru özür ( oda zor zar ) müsteriyi memnun etmek icin hic bir girisimde bulunmuyorlar ( bi haftada 5000TL lik ürün aldim. GWP yoktu, mavi Istanbul müsteri hizmetlerini aradim onlarda ayni sekil cvplar verdiler cvp magdur oldugunuzu biliyoruz ama hicbirsekilde yardimci olamiyoruzdu procedur öyleymis, mavi beni müsteri olarak kabetti. yurtdisinda Müsteri herzaman gözönünde tutulur.
Tüm ürünleri geri iyade edecegim.
Böyle bir sirket benim parami hak etmiyor!!!
Very bad customer service. Very very bad ?
They forget the alarm on the product and so I had to travel 30 km. A dry apology (the room is hard) they don't make any attempt to please the customer (I bought 5000TL product in a week. There was no GWP, I called blue Istanbul customer service and they gave the same answer, they gave the same answer, we know that you are the victim, but we could not help in any way. The customer is always taken into consideration abroad.
I will be returning all products.
A company like this doesn't deserve my money!!!
