Özellikle Hacet şubesi çalışanlarının tavrı berbat.
When we went to change the dress we bought for our child in the Kestel branch because we live in the center, we were told to change it from wherever you bought it, in a rude manner, even though they asked the responsible people when we went to the Hacet branch. When we went to the Kestel branch again, they changed the product and said that we could change it from any branch. Especially the attitude of the staff of Hacet branch is terrible.
