There was someone at the cash desk who wanted to help. Although he had a credit card withdrawal problem, he tried 5 times and succeeded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geçen cumartesi (01.02.2020 ) gittim Mağazadaki genç çok ilgiliydi. Özellikle tüm ürünlere hakim olması ve güzel yönlendirmesi işini çok iyi sevdiğini gösterir. İsmini sormadım ama mağazadaki en genç olan personeldi.
I went last Saturday (01.02.2020) The teenager in the store was very interested. Especially, having a good command of all products and directing them shows that he loves his job very well. I did not ask his name, but he was the youngest in the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Israrla güler yüzlü mağaza. Yaklaşık 6 yıldır burada ki mağazadan alışveriş yapıyorum geçici olan elemanları dahil her zaman yardımcı olmaya çalıştılar. Tamamıyla çözüm odaklı mağazacılık anlayışı var ben bunca sene herhangi bir sorunla (ne ürün nede çalışanlarla) karşılaşmadım.
The genial store with insistence. I have been shopping at the store here for about 6 years and they have always tried to help, including the temporary staff. I have a completely solution-oriented merchandising approach, I have not encountered any problems (neither the product nor the employees) all these years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firmanın bir mağazasından ürün aldığım esnada dilediğim bir mağazada değişim yapabileceğim söylenmişti. Açıkçası bir mağazadan aldığım ürünü başka bir mağazada değişim yapmak çok da hoş olmaz diye düşünmüştüm.
Fakat değişim yapmak durumunda kaldığım için gittiğim KDZ.Ereğli mağazasında Aleyna hanım gayet güleryüzle karşılayıp yardımcı oldu kısa sürede işlemimi halletti.
Bu davranıştan ötürü çok memnun kaldım ve bu memnuniyetimi motive etmek amacıyla kendisi ile de paylaştım.
Bir personelin işini severek yaptığında, markanın nasıl temsil edildiğine ve olumlu kazanım sağlandığına güzel bir örnektir.
When I bought a product from a store of the company, I was told that I could change in any store I wanted. Frankly, I thought it would not be nice to exchange a product I bought from one store in another.
But because I had to make a change, Aleyna lady helped me with a very smiling face at the KDZ.Ereğli store I went to, and took care of my transaction in a short time.
I was very pleased with this behavior and I shared this satisfaction with him to motivate him.
