I went with my family in my 2020 summer. We gave an entrance fee of 5 TL for the vehicle. There is a shower on the beach for 1 TL and a toilet, but the business can be more professional. The sea is typical black sea.

It is also called Genoese Castle Beach, once there was a blue flag, but no longer. At the entrance, they put a hut on the road at the very beginning of the road, and they charge 5₺. The facility by the sea rents sunbeds, 2sezlong 1 umbrella 25₺, wc and dressing / shower cabin 1₺. The toilets are overly maintained, smelly and dirty. The beach starts and continues with stones, and the entrance to the sea is always pebbly. Thanks to the people, the beach and the operators who always dumped their garbage did not collect much, it was dirty with food and packaging residues. The sea was calm as it was surrounded like a village, but it was cloudy. My score is 3

Akçakoca is a quiet and peaceful bay in the castle. Cafe, food and beverage, changing cabins, Wc are available. I advise.

It cannot be blue flagged. An ordinary public beach. Algae has accumulated on the shore. Maybe it's crowded because it's Eid eve. If it were me, I would go in quieter bays.

Pros: entrance fee is 5₺ per vehicle, which is very reasonable. Showers are 1-2₺ and very convenient and clean. The beach part works, it is a beach that can be visited as a family. There was no mucilage and no jellyfish, that's good. For those who can swim, there are places that pass a few meters from the shore, which I think is good. Cons; There is algae in some places in the sea, in some places the water becomes cloudy and loses its clarity, there is no sand in the water, instead there are large round stones.

It is usually wavy, but when you come to calm and clean time, swimming is very enjoyable. You cannot enjoy the blue flag all the time. The entrance is 5 TL. On the beach, sunbeds 15 showers and cabin 1 TL. The beach is small inside the facility.
