Bana bu ürün kullanılmış değişteremeyiz diyerek fişi mi görmeden personel olumsuz davranmıştır.Nasıl mağazadan aldıysam çantayı kullanmadan mağazaya getirdim. O zaman magazaa bana ayıplı ürün sat mış oluyor. Bende bu davranışa istinaden değişim değil iade istedim.ama maalesef 5 gün önce aldıgım çantamı iade almamış ve üstünde magazaa müdürü ve çalışanı ilgisiz ve sert bir şekilde davranışıla değişim yapıldmıştır.istemeyerek ürün değişikliği yaptım.GGenel müdürlerinden konuşmama rağmen iade mi kabul etmedi.
