Müşteri ile ilgilenmek isteklere ve sorulara güler yüzle cevap vermektir. Müşterinin sorusuna cevap verir sonra müşteriyi ayakkabı ile başbaşa bırakırsınız ki karar verebilsin. Tepesinde bekleyip "harika oldu, size çok yakıştı, geçenlerde bir müşteriye verdim sonra geldi teşekkür etti" gibi gereksiz cümlelere hiç gerek yok. Zevkler göreceli, rahatlık göreceli lütfen müşteriyi rahat bırakın... Ayrıca kasadaki arkadaşlar hep kasada olsunlar, gidip kasada kasiyerin gelmesini dakikalarca beklemek zorunda değiliz.
