Kullanılan malzemeler olabildiğince kalitesiz. Sitenin orta bölümünde geniş bir alanda park bulunmaktadır. Bu alan çevre sakinlerine gayet yeten yeşil bir parktır. Ortalama kira 2018 yılı itibarı ile 850_900 civarıdır. Sakinleri içerisinde her ekonomik, meslek ve eğitim seviyesinde insanlar vardır. Yabancı ve memurların sayısı oldukça fazladır. Duvarları olmayan bir site şeklinde inşa edilen evler şehrin en yüksek yerinde konumlandırılmışlar. Yazları serin olunca kışları da haliyle şehir merkezine göre biraz daha soğuk olabiliyorlar. Şehrin tantanasından uzak bu bölgedeki evlerde yaşamak huzur veriyor.
