★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 19.02.2022'de aracımı yıkattım. Maalef temiz yıkamadıkları gibi bir de paspasları altı ıslak bir şekilde sermişler. Siteye döndüğümde paspasların altının kuruması için çıkarıp bir yerlere sererek birkaç saat beklemek zorunda kaldım. Ayrıca özellikle içini tekrar silmek zorunda kaldım. Maalesef pek memnun kalmadım.
I had my car washed on 19.02.2022. Unfortunately, they did not wash it cleanly, and they also laid the mats with wet bottoms. When I got back to the site, I had to wait a few hours, taking it out and laying it out for the bottom of the mats to dry. I also had to specifically wipe the inside of it. Unfortunately, I was not very satisfied.

Recently, I went to have the tape on the Dacia Sandero wax polish front hood of my own vehicle removed. If the personnel who do the polishing work are freed, the job, skills and most importantly, the warm smiling face and relevant behavior of the people are perfect.

Ama son yıkama biraz üstünkörü gerçekleşmişti ve paspaslar ıslak bir şekilde arabaya konulmuştu bu da sonraki gün yoğun rutubet kokusuyla karşılaşmama neden oldu. Bu yüzden 2 puan kırdım tekrar gittiğimde bunu onlara sözlü olarak da bildireceğim. Ama son yıkamayı saymazsak Diyarbakır'da tercih edeceğim tek adres.
A quality and trustworthy corporate company. I have been taking the vehicle of choice there for 2 years and I am very satisfied. But the last wash was a bit of a sham and the floor mats were placed in the car wet, which left me with a strong smell of damp the next day. That's why I deducted 2 points, when I go again, I will inform them verbally. But if we do not count the last wash, it is the only address I would prefer in Diyarbakır.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rezalet. Firma olarak kapı kollarındaki çöpleri almıyorlarmış. Müşteriler sonra neden çöpleri aldınız diyormuş. Genel olarak hem müşteri hizmeti hem temizlik anlayışı berbat bir yer. Görsellerde yaptıkları temizlik mevcuttur.
Disgrace. As a company, they do not take the garbage on the door handles. Customers then said why did you take the garbage. In general, both customer service and cleanliness is a terrible place. The cleaning done in the pictures is available.

Bugüne kadar gördüğüm Araç Yıkama firmaları içinde benim şahsi görüşüme göre en profesyonel firma diyebilirim. Hatta profesyonelliğe yeni bir boyut getirmişler. Çay kahve servisi pandemi dolayısı ile yasakmış, bence artık başlayabilirler.
The welcome and car wash service is very excellent. Welcome Mr. Hasan is very interested and works professionally. In my personal opinion, I can say that it is the most professional company among the Car Wash companies I have seen so far. They even brought a new dimension to professionalism. Tea coffee service is prohibited due to the pandemic, I think they can start now.
