The day care center I decided after visiting about 9 kindergartens ? they have a group dynamics among themselves as staff and each one of them owns the institution very nicely. Their approach to events is solution-oriented, their approach to children is based on compassion and self-respect. The most important criteria for me as a mother are; their approach to the child (Montessori), security (every precaution was taken in the institution), communications (there are follow-up notebooks containing the child's activities during the day), meal list, physical conditions, positive discipline, own rules. During the orientation process, they gradually accustom the child without forcing. My personal observation is that their teachers are experienced, they regularly give seminars to their staff and they have fun in the kindergarten. There is a training model based on the workshop system. Before you decide, my advice is to visit at least 4 places. That's when what I wrote will make sense ?

Masal Educational Institution Kindergarten and GBE are the institutions where my three and a half year old son had his first daycare experience. While I was researching a nursery for my son, I went to the previous building of the Fairy Tale Land and I met Ms. Hande Sun. There was a very good energy exchange between us and I learned that Masal will move to its new building and place. When I saw it, I was sure that it would be a very pleasant environment for my son. I had previously enrolled my son in 2 different colleges operating in Diyarbakır. I visited Masal Education Institution on the recommendation of a close friend.
