O saatte, Midyat’ta başka bir alternatifimiz olmadığı için mecburen otobüse bindik. 15 saat diye açıklanan yolculuk 22 saat sürdü çünkü her otogarda, şehiriçi/dışı her yerde, yasalara uymaksızın durup yolcu alındı, indirildi. Otobüs yetkilileri dahil hiç kimse maske takmıyordu ve yaklaşık 49 koltuğu olan otobüste, 10-15 yaşları arası çocuklar bir koltukta 2 kişi oturtularak yaklaşık 60 kişi vardı.
