★ ★ ★ ★ ★ İnsanları kandırarak mağdur ediyorlar. Açık açık yalan söylemekten çekinmiyorlar. İnsanları otobüs terminalinden değil, aktarmalarla yol üzerinden alıyorlar. Bunu da son anda insanları arayarak söylüyorlar. Metroda olduğum için ulaşamamışlar. Tam bir buçuk saat Aşti’de yazıhanelerini aradım. Telefonları sürekli meşgul çalıyor. Açsalar bile başkalarına yönlendiriyorlar. Akşamın o saatinde başka bir firma bulmak zorunda kaldım. Paramın da üzerine yattılar. Asla tavsiye etmiyorum. Bu kadar ciddiyetsiz ve kurumsallıktan uzak bir firma olamaz.
 They victimize people by deceiving them. They don't hesitate to lie openly. They pick up people not from the bus terminal, but by transfer. They say this by calling people at the last moment. They couldn't reach it because I was on the subway. I searched their offices in Aşti for exactly one and a half hours. Their phones are constantly ringing busy. Even if they are hungry, they direct it to others. At that time of the evening, I had to find another company. They also slept on my money. I never recommend it. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have sold us more expensive ticket ankara to adana with really old and damage bus which is not safe.
They told they will change the bus after 15 minutes but they didn’t even after 1 hour until passangers called police.
The bus was stopped by police but still there isn’t any bus instead.
