We went to Urfa for a family trip, and a friend of mine gave me a carpet as a gift. I met him. When I told my problem, they said we are working at the dealers. Did you ask the place where you bought it? When I couldn't find it there, I thought I'd ask you. Cengiz Bey is really sincere, an official who behaves so politely in response to me, of course, we will do our best for you, our customers. He asked for a picture of the carpet and believe me, it was perfect within the same week. it arrived wrapped and packaged. thank you marscarpet, thank you Mr. Cengiz.
