★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had horrible experience in there last July. Was impossible to communicate with anyone. The person incharge of the ticket office was rude, could speak only Turkish. She asked as to pay extra money for the trip (we bought the ticket few days before already). When we asked why? She could not explain why. They didn't let us on the boat. We lost €100 for the trip. We were fighting over a month to get refund for it.
