My washing machine broke down on Saturday, I called the service, they came and fixed it within an hour, thank you Beko service

They came in the same day, they took care of it very well, the prices were very reasonable, we were satisfied with the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Teknik servisten gelen ekip, bulaşık makinemizin su tahliye motorunun bozuk olduğunu ve bu sebeple atölyeye götürmeleri gerektiğini söylediler, makineyi 3 gün sonra teslim etmek üzere aldılar.Makineyi 19.05.2021 de aldılar.3 gün değil tam bir ay sonra teslimat yapıldı!!!Bu süre içerisinde defalarca aradım ve her seferinde, cihazınız atölyede biz size döneriz dendi sadece. Ama ,bir kez bile geri dönüş ve düzgün bir açıklama yapılmadı !!! Bir ay boyunca bulaşık yıkamak zorunda kaldığım için teknik servis iletişim ekibinden hiç memnun değilim.
The team from the technical service said that the water discharge motor of our dishwasher was broken and therefore they had to take it to the workshop, they took the machine to be delivered 3 days later. They took the machine on 19.05.2021. It was delivered exactly one month later, not 3 days!!! I called many times in the office and each time it was said that we will get back to you at the workshop for your device. But, not even once was there a response and a proper explanation !!! Since I had to wash dishes for a month, I am not at all satisfied with the technical service communication team.
