Although Turkey's oldest techno yet many lack the infrastructure system unseated afford to stand, it seems that things have changed with the arrival of corporate companies like us, I hope so.

A very nice place to concentrate and work, our office is here ... I can say that this is the most important feature of the other technoparks.

The Teknokent building, which is just finished, awaiting start-up companies, established in Tübitak Marmara Research Center. Rental prices are very reasonable. The ceiling height is great, well suited for sinking floors or high appliance / machine installation.

There is no transportation within the technopolis (ring etc.), food quality is mediocre, nothing is socially negligible. It is nice to have a forest area around it, I wish that area could be better evaluated. Martek employees also do not pay attention to their work.

The number of brands is limited, but in terms of location and ikea, it has been a very nice mall.

Comments from 2019: Not yet operating at 100% occupancy. Since the office constructions are not yet completely finished, there can be constant noise and dust. Air conditioning systems are not yet efficient, there are problems. The view from the offices overlooking the bay is wonderful. Reaching the office from the main entrance is a problem for guests arriving without a car and for those who stop by the office outside of service hours. There is no shower facility in almost all offices abroad, which is a big problem for those who come by bicycle, do sports during the day and especially those who work overtime due to the nature of entrepreneurial companies. The building is in a small forest, it is possible to see deer, pheasants and rabbits roaming freely on the campus from time to time. This gives an oasis effect when compared to places such as Istanbul and Gebze that offer office environments with very little natural environment. It will be a great place once the shortcomings are fixed, it just seems like it needs a little more time. Update from 2021: New pharmaceutical companies came to the building, and they installed ventilation installations according to their own needs. The noise level, which was around 40-42dB in offices (with the ventilation fans turned off), rose to 50-55, or even up to 60dB at the windowsills. Even with the windows closed, we got sound measurements of over 50dB. Despite being said that something will be done, the work done is insufficient. These sound levels do not suit a place where technological activities are carried out and where maximum concentration is required. Employee concentration is impaired where there is almost as much noise as in a factory environment. In addition, the sound is not a periodic sound, so even noise reduction headphones cannot completely suppress this noise. Frankly, those who think about this Technokent should definitely make a discovery for the noise before they come.
