Maritim Pine Beach

I give you 5 stars because i can't give you more ??. Everything was perfect, very nice stuff, we will come back again!!! Just one thing make disco with more local music, not everybody in this hotel are Russians, when I go to another country is interesting to feel the culture! It is stupid to play only Russian tracks!

The hotel is very bad for 5 stars hotel, i stayed there in 2018 . I remember that Animation staff used to flirt with girls instead of making people smile, besides a bellboy was begging tips from me as soon as i entered a hotel, and also there was a shisha guy he was insane and i remember him trying to fight a guy who was sitting next to me. I reccomend no one to go there.

On my first day at Pine Beach Hotel, I was irritated that the KIDS club was located in the backyard, far from the beach, and that the dishes at the restaurant were not to my liking, so I decided to vent publicly ON GOOGLE REVIEWS. But that was definitely jumping to conclusions. The following days proved me wrong. In contrast to most Turkish five-star hotels, which only pretend to provide high-quality service, Pine Beach actually does. Very perceptive reception. Any of our requests were handled in less than 5 minutes. The KiDS club, about which I was most frustrated, was actually the thing we enjoyed the most. You literally drop your child off at 10 a.m. and pick them up at 6 p.m. Every day, my son was overjoyed. And, despite the fact that it was in the back yard, they provided a wonderful electric shuttle to 'commute' you there stress-free in 3 minutes. The backyard is surrounded by stunning pines, which provide the needed coolness and shade on hot summer days. Excellent aqua park. Although the beach is quite narrow, there are plenty of sunbeds and the sand is very fine. Seawater pools are one of the cool things they have. If you don't like going to the beach on hot days, you can cool off in the shade at the SEAWATER POOL. THEY OFFER SHOWS EVERY NIGHT, BUT TO BE HONEST, I had little interest in live shows. Instead, you could find me at the bar, where Pine offers top-brand drinks and beer, but more importantly, the bartenders were always willing to have a small chat. Remember that my first review was nasty, their guest relations department reached out to me today to address my concerns. This is what I mean when I say "back and forth for your client." All in all, never before i have VISITED A HOTEL TWICE IN MY LIFE (BECAUSE MY WISH WAS TO EXPLORE AS MUCH OF THIS WORLD AS I COULD). WELL, PINE BEACH HAS MADE ME A LOYAL CUSTOMER, AND I WILL DO WHATEVER IT TAKES TO RETURN IN THE FUTURE.

It’s an all inclusive property the service is moderate the personnel are kind and attentive but the food is the worst you can find

Its a cool place to spend few days at.Staff are doing their best everywhere u are . The food is abundant and anyone can find something to meet their satisfaction. Rooms are comfy ,clean and have all you need for a calm stay . Spacious beach and big pool area .For those preferring less crowd there s plenty of alone walking place among the pine trees as well as a jogging space. Its a good place to be In Belek

Disappointed: Our group of 60 people couldn’t get to the rooms that we ordered which were in the main building. Instead the staff send us to some old building which is quite far from everything (beach, restaurant, shops, pool) which is located right next to the parking lot of the tourist buses and cars. The rooms were old, stinky, found many hairs on the bathroom floor. Because the room was not comfortable for old people of our group, We called to the Guest Reception asking for a room upgrade, and to pay extra fee but the staff denied it by saying that because they’re receiving some diplomats they can’t upgrade the room. Just because of the rooms we will rate this hotel as 2-Star hotel.

Service was great. All staff were knowledgeable about COVID and did everything they could to keep everyone safe. I stayed for the convention. The rooms, service and food are great and we highly recommend this hotel for golf or just a pleasant family vacation.

This isn’t a hotel or a resort. It is its own small village. The property is half a kilo squared and it was just impressive. The rooms were all fairly basic. The meeting spaces ranged from opulent to held together. The food was quite good and had a wide assortment of options. They had many very tasty Turkish options which tend to be missing from other resorts.
