★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hıristiyanlığın ilk yıllarında birçok rahip ve keşiş Hz.İsa’nın öğretisini yaymak için Arsuz ve çevresine yerleştiler. Bunlardan biri Arsuz’a bir kilise yaptıran Aziz Hanna idi. Arsuz’un merkezinde bulunan ve kurucusu adıyla anılan bu kilise halen kullanılmaktadır.
1514 yılında yeniden yapılan kilisede çok sayıda ikona, 1600’lü yıllardan kalma bez üzerine yapılmış çok değerli iki baskı resim vardır. Bu tablolar halen Aziz Hanna Kilisesinin titiz koruması altındadır.
In the early years of Christianity, many priests and monks settled in Arsuz and its surroundings to spread the teachings of the Prophet Jesus. One of them was Aziz Hanna who built a church for Arsuz. Located in the center of Arsuz and known as its founder, this church is still in use.
In the church, which was rebuilt in 1514, there are many icons and two very valuable prints on cloth from the 1600s. These paintings are still under the meticulous protection of St. Hanna Church.
