Spor yaparken her an destek alabileceğiniz eğitmenler yanıbaşınızda. Bazıları fiyatları eleştirmiş ama bu hizmete bu fiyatlar bence fazla değil.

My membership with Marduk expires in December this year, and I am really willing to stay with the club, but I’m afraid there may be some doubts concerning the service. I am a foreigner and honestly, never in my life have I seen such poor customer service in a fitness club. Although the problems usually seem easy to solve, there is nobody in the club who could have competence to do so. Namely today, October 24, I was offended and reduced to tears by the manager Se******* C****da, who showed his complete ignorance, incompetency and rudeness in dealing with my simple request to turn down the background music. Between 14.00 and 15.00 during my workout in the free-weight zone they made it impossible to practice due to the loud music in the cycling class. Se******* C****da, instead of solving this insignificant issue, created and escalated a conflict and then a scandal, allowed himself to shout at us saying the customers in the cycling class were more important and needed this deafening music, then turned around and went away, completely ignoring me and making me feel deeply offended. Crying in the locker room is not my idea of an effective workout and stress relief. However, I had never in my life cried so bitterly because a young man in a position of service, twice younger, living on the money we paid the club in advance, could try to humiliate and offend me as much as Se******* C****da did today. He brought damage to my health and undermined the reputation of the health club he is working for. Thus, you may want to consider if your club is benefiting from having this man in a management position. In the next two months of my membership I really hope to see some improvement in the communication and customer service, which will allow me to stay a member for another term and recommend the club to other people in the media and in person.
