Mardin Osmanlı Konağı

In this hotel where we stayed with the tour group, while other guests were given a room with a window, a room without a window was assigned to me in a room like an attic. When I told this to the hotel staff, they told me that there was no other room. When I asked them why I stayed in such a bad room even though we paid them the same price as the other guests, they said it was luck. You certainly do not get what you paid for. I do not recommend. The ambiance and location of the hotel is very nice. There are no words to say about the cleanliness of the rooms. In addition, the kindness of brother Nurettin, the hotel manager, and the fact that our brother Veysel, one of his employees, provides instant solutions to every problem, in short, if you ever go to the old Mardin, don't bother looking for another place.

The main thing for me is the interest and hospitality of the people in the places I go and stay, which Nurettin Bey had more than enough. As for the price of accommodation, it was higher than the comfort of the rooms and the type of breakfast. It is also more advantageous if you call the hotel directly and make a reservation .

The location of the hotel was very good, it was so close to historical and other attractions that it was within walking distance. Nurettin Bey and the staff were very concerned and smiling. Breakfast was pretty good too. We are very satisfied ☺️

The hotel is in a central location within walking distance of many places. Also, its terrace with a view of Mesopotamia is wonderful. Staff and Hotel manager were also very interested. A place I would choose again

When the reservation I made to another hotel 4 months ago did not appear or did not want to be seen by the hotel, we were directed to the Ottoman Mansion at the last minute by the owner of the said hotel. Thus, 3 people stayed in this hotel for 1 night between 6-7 November. The lady at the reception made our check-in process quickly, the other staff were respectful and friendly at the same time. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, suitable for Mardin architecture. Towels and linens were quite clean, beds were comfortable. I can say that it is quite central because it is in the heart of old Mardi. Breakfast variety was sufficient and delicious. You dominate the view of the Mesopotamia from the backyard. So why did I break 1 point? Maybe there is nothing they can do about it, but it was a disadvantage that the bathroom was inside the room and could not be separated by any wall. Secondly, the location of the room next to the kitchen caused us to hear noises in the morning. And again, the small windows of the room and the fact that it faces the corridor caused us to open the window and ventilate. However, as it can be understood, we did not have any complaints other than the room. Definitely a hotel I would choose again.

If you want to watch the Mesopotamian lands, it is definitely a place you should stay. You feel at home with its friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is in the center of old Mardin (in my opinion ?) you can reach every point on foot. Its rooms are very clean and equipped with sufficient equipment ? I recommend you to watch Mardin, which is beautiful at night, from this mansion.
