★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ülkemizin her bir yanından lezzet fışkırırken kayıtsız kalmak imkansızdı ve tahmin edersiniz ki biz yine yollara düşme isteğiyle dolduk. Bu kez bir an önce bilet bulup gitmek istediğimiz güzelim yer Mardin oldu.
Tarihi çok eskilere dayanan Mardin, yüzlerce yılın vermiş olduğu devasa değerlere sahip. İpek Yolu güzergahı üzerinde bulunması, onlarca farklı kültüre ev sahipliği yapmış olması ve hayran olunası doğal güzellikleri sayesinde şehir, tam bir efsane. Ama biz bugün Mardin'in bu güzelliklerinden değil sadece ve sadece o köklü ve şahane mutfağından bahsetmek istiyoruz.
Çünkü sadece bu nefis yemekler için bile Mardin'e gidilir, öyle de iddialıyız.

It was impossible to remain indifferent as the flavor gushed from each side of our country and we guessed that we were filled with the desire to go down the roads again. This time we wanted to go to find the ticket and the beautiful place was Mardin.
Mardin, which dates back to very old times, has huge values of hundreds of years. The city is a myth, thanks to its presence on the Silk Road route, the fact that it has hosted dozens of different cultures and is admired by its natural beauties. But today we want to talk not only of these beauties of Mardin, but only of those deep-rooted and wonderful cuisine.
Because we go to Mardin even for these delicious dishes, and we are so ambitious.
