Asla tercih edilmemeli. Deve olsa daha konforlu seyahat edilir. En azından gidilen yere tahmin edilen zamanda gider.

Mardin Dilmenler is by far the worst company ever experienced! (Read the whole story!) On March 2.3.2020, 9:30 AM i took the bus from Silopi to istanbul. İ payed 180TL for the ticket + 50TL for my bicycle and a few bags (first the guy wanted 100 but a local told me before that usually its just 10-20TL for extra luggage!). After just around half an hour they told me without any reason i had to leave to bus with all my stuff already in the street, there would come another bus. They also asked for my ticket and drove inmediatly away. Still in shok it took me a few minutes to realise what did just happen. They left me 45km to the next town, not speaking turkish and without ticket (and no internet!!!) i was very lucky that a stranger with car helped me to get to the next town and then at least take another bus (another 100TL to pay). İ tried to get my money back or at least an excuse for what happened with many phonecalls from a local in İstambul but no chance. (Last sentence from the bus driver on the phone "i have no time now") Only next step would be go to the police, but that would have taken even more time (also for the local who had no time) and loose to much of my journey through turkey. İ meet incredible nice people everyday here in turkey, but these 2 guys (busdriver and specially the guy for the luggage) are the worst people ever met in my life. To Mardin Dilmenler: İn case you want to give me an excuse and at least the total refund of the 230TL i paid to you, contact me via [email protected]. İ will be in the country till around 25/26.3.2020 (then leaving to Georgia). İ had seat number 34, you can check all in your system.
