I guess there is no one answering the phone in the huge courthouse. I call, they don't even call busy. it sounds so empty. Are they not bothered by the noise of the phone?

İslemimi telefonla 5 dakikada halledecekken pandemi döneminde bin küsur kilometre yol gitmeme sebep olan insanlar. Yazıklar olsun size, vereceğiniz hizmete.
I called for 2 weeks and they didn't answer my calls. I have called thousands of times, they are busy. You are people who do not do your job properly. Where is your work ethic? People who caused me to travel a thousand-odd kilometers during the pandemic period when I was going to get my work done by phone in 5 minutes. Shame on you for the service you provide.
