It's the second time I've been to Arsuz, but it's been closed for two. I don't know if it's because of corona or other reasons. I will be glad if anyone knows

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mar Yuhanna Kilisesi (Aziz Vaftizci Yuhanna Kilisesi, Eglise Saint Jean-Baptiste, Mar Youhanna al-Maamadan) Hristiyanlığı tanıtmak için Arsuz'a yerleşen havariler tarafından yapılmıştır.
1778 yılına ait tesis mermeri ve 1838 yılına ait restorasyon mermeri olmak üzere iki mermer sütun mevcuttur.
Kilise'nin doğu tarafında mezarlık vardır. Mezarlığın en eski tarihi olan 1797'yi gösteren bir plaka mevcuttur.
Restorasyonu yapılmıştır ve günümüzde ibadete açıktır.
Mar Yuhanna Church (Church of St. John the Baptist, Eglise Saint Jean-Baptiste, Mar Youhanna al-Maamadan) was built by the apostles who settled in Arsuz to promote Christianity.
There are two marble columns, the plant marble from 1778 and the restoration marble from 1838.
There is a cemetery on the east side of the church. There is a plate showing 1797, the oldest date of the cemetery.
It has been restored and is open to worship today.
