(24 evin 2 si) yasayanlarin yas ortalamasi 70 civari. Herkes kafasina gore evine ve ortak kullanim alanlarina eklemeler yapmis..iyi taraflari ise cok sakin olmasi denize yuruyus mesafesi inilir ama yokus sebebi ile cikilamaz. ve harika manzarasi. Bodrum koyunu ve kale yi tam olarak gorebilirsiniz..
It's a retirement site. Monthly dues 80 TL even created great objections. Very good view as the site name. Very few houses for rent. (2 of 24 houses) average age of 70 people. Everybody has made additions to his house and common areas according to his head .. the good sides are very calm, the distance to the sea is walking down, but due to the hill can not exit. and wonderful views. You can see the Bodrum bay and the castle.

The view is beautiful, the middle of Bodrum. But the middle of the crowd is intertwined, the ceiling is rented.. human nature wants peace, openness and silence.. It didn't seem right to me to spend the money and buy just the view..

It would be better if there wasn't a school with a beautiful panorama like its name within walking distance everywhere in a good location as a site.
