This place is top notch. Customer service in every department is amazing very friendly yet professional. Very clean and yummy food. Though it does need urgent decor update. The live performances every night different concept is amazing. Another great point is that the owner and managerial staff have been there since my first visit 10+ years ago. A big friendly family they are and the is always there dealing with the place himself. What a joy its been to stay here over the years.

I love this very chill, cool, friendly, funky and beautiful spot in Bitez. Good Latin music, food, employees and prices. The hotel is 3 *** but for me 5 * because of the value.

Beautiful area so clean ! Hotel was fantastic. Thank you to argie who looked after us the whole time while we were there . Made us feel so safe from the moment we got there regarding covid ! Excellent hotel and staff are beautiful people !

Manuela hote l is Located just in front of the beach in Bitez (perfect location),the hotel is clean and provides u great hospitality.The hotel owner Mr. Okta is very helpful and will guide u throughout your stay.The staffs were very helpful.The hotel provides u almost every facilities from good and hygines rooms to make trips around Bodrum. The restaurant of hotel was great.wen i say food was great(i mean it :))Overall experience was awesome.I'll recommend this hotel to every couple and families:). Friendships, Meals, Sea, a relaxing perfect environment for all. With one word, incredible, along with well tailored music taste which you never find out on anywhere. İ strongly suggest to visit and stay in this area on surprisingly positive private location. Concert events also available in front of Aegean Sea. Definitely you gonna have best vacation experience.

Food is open bufet and fresh selection. Friendly staff. Adjacent to the beach. Calm water ideal for kids. Live music and dance. However, there are better spots to swim further away from the city.

OK it's not a 5 star hotel, and rooms are dated, but and there is big but The staff is amazing starting from reception staff, to car park attender, to beach, bar and restaurant staff, and even cleaners. They are just brilliant, well mannered, good hearted, they made our holiday. If you are on a small budget and want good service without hassle this is certainly the place to stay. P. S. its right on the beach, plenty of beds, clean sea.

PROS: 1) The hospitality and neverending interest of the personnel is totally admirable! 2) The food and drinks here are absolutely delicious that you will have no troubles with becoming satisfied and happy all the time. :) 3) The Cuban nights along with the DJ performance which I prefer to call the Cuban Fever is a unique experience which you cannot find other either in Bitez or Bodrum... 4) The location of the hotel is so close to the downtown and also the place it owns on the Bay is so preferable comparing to the other resorts considering quality. CONS: 1) The floor decoration in the dining area needs to be renovated. 2) Don't really know what secret ingredient they use whilst cooking their delicious deserts but they simply drive me to gain weight! :) 3) The personnel needs to be warned about the beach towels which people simply put over the sunbeds each morning and then never visit the area again. This is wrong, but can be overcome via a simple warning...
