★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hizmet gerçekten çok kötü. İade için geldiğimde e faturanın çektirilmesi gerektiğini söylediler. Fatura Çektirme işlemi için hiç yardımcı olmadılar. Başla bir gün gelip değiştirmemiz gerektiği söylendi. Bir daha alışveriş yapmayı düşünmüyorum.
 The service was really very poor. When I arrived for a refund, they said that the invoice should be taken. They didn't help at all. One day we were told we had to come and change. I'm not thinking of shopping again.

Sadece fiyatı söyleyen, asık suratlı kasiyerler size hediye paketi ve değişim fişi konusunda yardımcı olmaktan bir hayli uzaklar. Alışveriş deneyimini inanılmaz aşağı çeken Mango mağazası.
Literally fiasco. If you want to see shelves without order, uninterested employees, cashiers who don't even welcome you, go. Only the price-wise, dour cashiers are far from helping you with the gift package and exchange voucher. Mango store that takes down the shopping experience incredibly.

If you plan to return or change the product, never shop. If you have paid by card, your money is normally loaded on the card. But mango never pays back, customer services never look at phones. you can test this by calling mango customer service. It makes you wait for days. Keep it in mind. Bad firm is very bad.

Mangoyu çok severım urunlerını ama bu çalışanları resmen markadan soğutuyor bence müşteri iliskileriyle ılgılı eğitım verılmelı
I called on the phone to ask for a product, the lady who answered the phone almost beat me, she scolded me officially and I just wanted to question the product, Ianain was not wrong at all in my style. I like mango very much, but these employees are officially alienated from the brand, I think they should be given training on customer relations.
