★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ürün seçimleri çok kötü. 3-4 elbise almak için girdim. Elif isimli satış elemanı çok yardımcı oldu. Elbiselerden sadece birini beğendim. Beyaz olduğu için başka rengini almak istedim. Mağaza yetkilisi olduğunu düşündüğüm birine soruldu. Cevap korkunçtu. Çemkirerek " hayır" deyip arkasını döndü. Beğendiğim yün kabanı da almaktan vazgeçip çıktım.
İlk gününden beri Mango müşterisiyim. Sezon başında tüm alışverişimi yaparım. Ama bu şubeye asla gitmem.. Önermem de. ?
 Their product selection is very bad. I went in to buy 3-4 dresses. The salesperson named Elif was very helpful. I just liked one of the dresses. Since it is white, I wanted to buy another color. Asked someone who I think is a store manager. The answer was horrible. He shouted "no" and turned around. I stopped buying the wool coat I liked and left.
I have been a Mango customer since the first day. I do all my shopping at the beginning of the season. But I never go to this branch .. I would also recommend. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Büyük bir mağaza. Kızılay Atatürk Blv üzerinde, hem kadın hem erkek giyim konusunda seçkin ürünleri ve hoş detayları bulunmakta. Peşinden koşan müşterisi muhakkak çok. Mağaza olarak çok güzel. Özellikle çocuk ürünlerinin çeşitliliği fazla buldum. Seçmekte zorluk çekiliyor. Pahalı olması ile bilinen bir yer. Bol alışveriş için çok özellikli.
A big store. Kızılay Atatürk Blv has distinguished products and pleasant details on both women's and men's clothing. There is certainly a lot of customers running after him. Very nice as a store. Especially I found the variety of children's products more. It is difficult to choose. A place known for being expensive. It is very featured for plenty of shopping.

Tax free işlemi yapmak istedik.
Kasada Önce makine bozuk olmuyor dediler. Sonra biz tamam ürünler kalsın başka yerden yaparız deyince yaparız dediler ve 1 saat ayakta bekletmekten sonra paramızı alıp yinede olmuyor dediler. Verdiğimiz kimlik ve paramızı saygısızlıkla zar zor geri alıp çıktık.
ilk başta çalışanların tax free işlemi yapılıyor dediklerine rağmen böyle birşey yaşamak mağaza yönetiminin nekadar düzensiz ve elemanların nekadar terbiye ve professyönellik eksiği olduğunu gösterdi.
Behavior and care of the employees is DISGUSTING…
We wanted to do a tax free transaction.
At the cashier, they first said that the machine is not broken. Then, when we said ok, let the products stay and we can do it from another place, they said we can do it and after making us wait for 1 hour, they took our money and said it still doesn't work. We took our identity and money back, disrespectfully, and left.
Despite the fact that at first the employees said that the tax-free process is being done, experiencing such a thing showed how irregular the store management and the lack of decency and professionalism of the staff.
