★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located in Venter. Staff was attentive and helpful, all... the receptionist, cleaning ladies, waiters and so on.. The room was larger then I expected. However it was not properly cleaned when we checked in. The heater wad recently installed and there was dust on it, and also I literally saw cut fingernails of the previous visitor on the floor. It was cleaned in the next day. Besides that, the room did not have any visible hygiene issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel was lovely, the rooms are well laid out and cleaned every day with fresh bedding , towels and water provided. The staff although friendly most could not speak or understand English so communication was difficult. The food however was very basic and repetitive and not a lot of choice no ice cream provided for children either so disappointing to say the least. Although we enjoyed the holiday would not return to this hotel or recommend to friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this is a 3 star hotel at most. Dont be fooled by 5 star rating/ rooms are tiny and unkempt. the pool is small and has too loud music. the only 2 good things are the friendly staff and food .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our stay in this resort was disappointing for the following reasons and more:
- The first room had electrical issues so the electricity would go suddenly without reason.
- We relocated to another room. After 2 hours we noticed the AC is too small and not even working. The temperature outside was 35C.
- We relocated to a 3rd room at midnight, again the AC was too small for the room and barely enough to cool it down. I asked for an extra fan, they told me there isn't.
- The all inclusive concept is just a bait. You have to pay for the spa, pay for your drinks, pay for everything other than food. Even the turkish hammam, they say it's free, well it's not in reality.
- The mini bar in the rooms is empty (which 5 stars hotel doesn't fill the minibar???)
- The room cleaning service is intrusive, I press the do not disturb button, they still go inside the room to put 2 sachets of Nescafe, and don't even clean the room.
- I asked for tissue papers, 3 times, never got any.
- I killed 2 massive spiders in my room although I never opened the window from the heat outside, these were resident spiders. In addition to spiders, ants were invading the room.
- The food in the food court is disappointing, most of the time the food is mushy and I had leave most of the food as it was inedible.
- I took a SPA appointment with my wife, one at 3pm and one at 4pm (because there is only one masseuse), they call me at 2pm and they say they need to postpone our 4pm appointment to accommodate another client.... how professional is that???
- The food court staff are rude and to avoid serving you they pretend they dont understand English, for example: "1 diet pepsi with ice please", he puts the cup below the fanta and gives me a look ?. Diet pepsi, how difficult is that???
In summary, we chose this resort because of it's 5 stars rating and its proximity to the beach but we paid the price, this hotel should be rated 3 stars at max.
Avoid it at any cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a lovely hotel where close location to the sea side which is 5min walk from short cut. Nice hotel, good staffs, reasonable cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For last week, I had a reservation at this hotel for 5 nights.
When I arrived to the hotel, they registered me with my ID. Then, they said you don't have a reservation with us. They did not accept me to the hotel even though I showed the email confirming that my reservation was made, and the money was taken from my bank card. I asked them to call the company I bought the ticket from, they said this is your problem, not ours and have to do yourself.
I have traveled a lot in my life and stayed in hotels, but I am not experience something like this before. Furthermore, I don't know how the hotel is, but the management is terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really enjoyed my stay here. Stayed 7 nights. Great breakfast! It was October so things were quieter. Easy to find dinner at restaurants nearby. Nice staff at the hotel. Cok guzel zaman gecti. Tesekkurler!
