Love this place. A lot of fake designer clothes and if you haggle with them a bit they can lower the price. The clothes actually have some quality in them

Nice place to buy clothes... Good Turkish quality. But everyone is trying to get you in the "shop" little bit annoying, but we can understand.

Excellent local market. With more counterfeit products than China can produce. Haggle away. Here no too pushy trader's all speak English or German & Turkish of course.

Indoor stalls and outdoor under canopies. Lots of the same type or brands.stall holders didn't bother you too much, if you didn't end up buying. good prices if you haggle, especially on the outside stalls.

True Turkish experience for those who like a bit of negotiation. We bought some tea and a backgammon game at a very low rate. Great place to spend 1/2 of your day

The vegetable market is a foodie heaven. Although I’m not the kind of person who enjoys cheap fakes so even the €15 bags looked like a waste of money. All bags look the same just with different brand names on them. However the spice market was amazing, you have to bargain to get a good price. Saffron, dry fruits and the different types of teas are a delight.

If you want to buy fake brands or touristic souveniers, its the place to be. But not like an oldschool market where locals come, well.. maybe just the fruit&veggies section. But kinda weird to be buying eggplants when most are stayin in an all in, innit? ??

Spent very enjoyable hour trawling the hundreds of stalls. I did well, obtaining much lower prices than the initial ones quoted by the three traders I dealt with. If you enjoy haggling, always being prepared to walk away and find something better ( remember there are 100s of traders) and don’t buy perfume/water?. Maybe in high season, bargains are hard to come by but I’ve been very impressed with the quality of Turkish genuine fake designer clothes. Paid €9 for red Adidas trainers ( initial price €25), €5 for lovely blue leather belt ( initial price €10) and €15 for nice green chinos (initial price €25) so well-satisfied. Happy haggling!
