★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eski tur rehberi olarak otel yeni ve temiz . Odaları gayet iyi konforlu. Kahvaltı çeşitleri bol ve lezzetli . Yataklar rahat ancak nevresim pamuklu seçilmemiş ve teri nemi çekmediği için ( saten kumaş seçilmiş ) terletiyor.
 The hotel is new and clean as is the old tour guide. Rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious. The beds are comfortable, but the duvet cover is not cotton and because it does not absorb sweat (satin fabric is chosen), it makes you sweat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Otel yeni ve odalar temiz. Personel kibar ve saygılı. Kahvaltı yeterli, isteğe bağlı omlet dahi yapılmakta. Bence tek sorun nevresimlerinin saten olması. Vücutta elektriklenme yapıyor. Saç telleriniz hareket ediyor ve karanlıkta sürtünmeye bağlı kıvılcımları görebiliyorsunuz. Buna rağmen olumlu yönleri, bu olumsuzlugundan çok daha fazla.
The hotel is new and the rooms are clean. The staff is courteous and respectful. Breakfast is sufficient, even an optional omelette is made. I think the only problem is that the duvet covers are satin. It electrifies the body. Your strands of hair are moving and you can see sparks from friction in the dark. However, the positive aspects far outweigh the negatives.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ İşimiz gereği hergün farklı şehirlerde konaklama yapıyoruz ama bu otel 3 yıldızlı olmasına rağmen 5 yıldız kalitesindeydi. Kaldıklarımızın arasında en beğendiğim, kafama kazınmış, gönlümde taht kurmuş biyer oldu. Otel sahibine ve en önemli olan temizlik personellerine , bizler için hizmet veren diğer arkadaşlarada çok teşekkür ediyorum bukadar güzel bir hizmet ve hijyen olabileceğini düşünmüyordum işini severek yapmak bu olsa gerek. Tekrar sivasa gelirsem burada konaklamak isterim ve herkese de tavsiye ediyorum.
Dip not: Kahvaltıları çeşit ve lezlet olarak şahane :)
Due to our job, we stay in different cities every day, but although this hotel is 3 star, it was 5 star quality. Among our stays, my favorite was a place engraved on my head and enthroned in my heart. I would like to thank the owner of the hotel and, most importantly, the cleaning staff, and other friends who served for us, I did not think that such a good service and hygiene would be possible. If I come to Sivas again, I would like to stay here and I recommend it to everyone.
Foot note: The breakfasts are amazing in terms of variety and taste :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm onle giving the low rate because they took advantage of our situation to make us pay the price they want. They charged the kids (under 10) because we arrived late at night and couldn't find a decent hotel to spend the night at.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is good in all means, room is spacious, clean, and equipped with minibar (free water). However the air conditioning is not so good, as it's central, and with hot weather, you need more air flow to cool the room.
Staff are friendly and check in was so quick, the hotel is pet friendly and provides free parking :)
