★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel staff is not very kind or welcoming. The rooms are not cleened enough. There was not any sheets on the covers. When I went to the cafeteria for the breakfast around 8 o'clock, there was no breakfast. I asked the lady when it would be ready. She said as soon as possible. I insisted to learn about the precise time but there was no answer. So you can imagine how professional they are. One of the biggest problem is the power cuts. But I guess it is not the problem of this building but the whole city. Every morning there is at least 10 power cuts. No need to even talk about internet connection. It is very poor when it is available, but mostly there is not any connection at all.
