I traveled from izmir to Nevşehir on 08 November 2021 with the relevant company. I probably made one of the best bus trips I've ever made, thanks to them. Comfort, friendliness, facilities were fantastic. I will only make two comments: -Pandemic rules should be a little more sensitive -Preferred stopover facilities should be reviewed

I canceled the ticket about 20 days ago. They said that the refund money will be refunded to your account within 10 days, I've been waiting for 20 days, I still haven't received my money back.

Although we were at the bus station and we had a ticket, they did not inform us about the departure time of the bus. The bus, which did not wait for us for a minute while trying to catch up, waited for passengers in Darende for about half an hour. We were on the road for 2 hours because a tire exploded on the road. At the entrance of Kayseri, on the grounds that the bus would enter the service (we think it was just not to enter the bus station, otherwise a wheel was made), he transferred it to another company and did not even leave it at the bus station. They keep advertising about the newness of their buses, and you can't even open the mediaplayer without watching their ads for a few minutes. Satisfaction is measured by facts, not by advertisements. I don't think we will choose this company again.

I made my return to Malatya with this company, I had no problems. Their drivers and assistants were very polite and their vehicles were as comfortable as possible. These are the most important factors for long journeys.
