They send a chart that is not exactly what it is, there is no information for communication. It is difficult to get in touch with anyone. Whoever sent the article, there is no indication that he should put his contact details and date on the article he wrote.

There was a subject I wanted to get information about over the phone, and before I could answer my first question and finish my sentence, the phone was turned off in my face before I could ask my other question. If no answer will be given, why is the operator connected, and if there is an operator, why are the questions not answered?
