★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hijyen ne yazık ki çok kötü, çalışanlar da aynı şekilde inanılmaz gürültülü ve yavaşlar. Yanımızda kendi çarşaflarımızın olması büyük şanstı. Check-in yaptırırken gözden bir yarım saatinizi çıkartıp planınızı ona göre yapmanızı tavsiye ederim.
 The hygiene is unfortunately very bad, the employees are also incredibly noisy and slow. We were lucky to have our own sheets with us. I recommend that you take half an hour from your check-in and make your plan accordingly.

Yine çay çok pahalı diğer zamanlar için. 3 yıldız otel daha iyi bundan ama güvenlik kendini guvende hissetme konusunda her zaman devlet kurumları iyidir şehrin yabancısı iseniz. Malatya da otel de kalacaksanız 4 yıldız altı yerleri tercih etmeyin lokasyon olarak ta hemen hemen tüm devlet kurumlarına yakın..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Çıkış tarihim 04.02.2022 olmasına rağmen bir gün önce ayın 3'ünde odamdaki şahsi eşyalarımın bazıları çöpe atılarak oda tamamen ilk haline getirilmiş. Akşam bunun nedenini sorduğumda odadan check-out yaptığınız düşünülmüş yanıtını aldım. Çıkış tarihim deftere kaydedilmesine rağmen kafalarına göre işlem yapmışlar. Parasını ödediğim oda benim rızam olmadan check-out yapılmış neyseki başkasına verilmemiş!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Konumu merkezi gayet ama park sorunu yaşayabilirsiniz. Odalar normal tuvalet ve banyo ortalama düzeyde televizyon var ama çok küçük. Küçük dolap var ama çalışmıyordu fiyat olarak üç kişilik oda 180 TL verdik biz kahvaltı normal açık büfe çeşit az ama yeterli bir kahvaltıydı.
The location is central, but you may experience parking problems. Rooms have normal toilets and bathrooms with average TV but very small. There is a small cupboard, but it was not working. We paid 180 TL for a triple room. We had a normal open buffet breakfast, but it was sufficient.
