Malatya Hotel Neva

It offers you the comfort of a 5-star hotel. Cleanliness, smiling face and kindness of the staff is very nice. The rooms are spotless. The location is fine. The breakfast is delicious and sufficient. A hotel that you would want in every city.

Centrally located. Rooms are clean. The staff is friendly and smiling. We stayed 3 nights in January. The price was reasonable. Heating of the rooms was very good. We were never cold. Breakfast was criticized in general, but in the end it was enough for us. Due to the winter conditions, we could not go to some places we wanted to see. If we come to Malatya again, we will not look for another hotel.

The location of the hotel, the size of the rooms, the comfort of the beds, the general cleanliness were quite nice. The receptionists were very interested and smiling. One of the biggest shortcomings is that the hotel does not have a car park, especially in such a central location. The breakfast menu was quite inadequate and the service they offered for breakfast was in a very bad condition.

Cleanliness is very successful in terms of location and price. The rooms are nice and clean. The staff, especially the friends at the reception, are very polite and respectful, you can use the paid parking lot across the street for free. There is no heating problem, it is even too hot. Breakfast comes ready but enough. Only some items could have been warmer. If it's so good, why am I giving it 4 stars, the sound insulation of the rooms is really bad, there are noises from the upper floor, side line and diagonal. Bathroom water sounds seem to pass through the room. Edit: I stayed for the second time 2 days later. On weekdays, the hotel is quieter. There is tea in the room, but 2 pieces of sugar were placed, the gentleman at the reception (I think he is the manager of the hotel) said we would send it immediately. They sent a full glass of tea and sugar. She was beautiful. Simple maybe, but I think it deserves 1 star, thank you for your interest. I'm raising my rating to 5 stars.
