Ben bu konuyu çözüm gelmesini bekliyorum firma yetkililerinden aksi takdirde Tüketici Hakem Heyetine başvuru yapacağımı belirtmek isterim.
We had a 1-year contract, but the company officials said that the contract was over and my sessions for more than 3 months were wasted, and as a solution, they want me to register again. I am waiting for a solution to this issue from the company officials, otherwise I would like to state that I will apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee.
