Great location, direct to Sapanca lake. Helpful staff, although few speak English. Menu is available in Turkish language only, but it was fine as you still can order through one of their staff who speaks few words in English. Food was ok, reasonable prices

Honestly they won the hard formula, a very amazing view, a clean tasty food, and a great service. They have a deck which is completely inside the lake of Sapanca. The view and the atmosphere makes you want to stay all day long. Enjoy their Turkish breakfast or come during evening and enjoy the sunset

If you want to get a table by the window, you should make reservations beforehand. The manager was kind enough to make an exception for us, otherwise the experience wouldn't have been as great as it was. The view is fabulous. The staff are very efficient and friendly. The breakfast is delicious! Definitely worth every buck. Pay attention, the price of the supreme breakfast is per person (60 TL per person).

This is a great place to go to and to have a nice meal with your family and friends. The location and the food are just great. I gave this establishment a 3 stars because they suffer from what I call good-location-terrible-service syndrome. Because of the location, they have a lot of customers, especially on weekends. But once you enter the restaurant, no one talk to you or simply greet and seat you. I talked to a young lady, that I mistakenly thought she was a waitress, but she acted like I didn’t exist. After that awkward moment a waiter noticed me and asked me where I want to be seated .. the same awkward moment happened again when I asked for a menu in English , I was ignored by another worker. It turns out they don’t speak English and they “I guess” acted like I didn’t exit, avoidance strategy. Finally we got a nice young waiter who explained to us the menu in English. The food was great and as I said the location is spectacular. After they served the food, no one came to the table and asked if we liked it or if we need anything else, which we did but I don’t want to be ignored again so I just didn’t ask for anything else. From my experience, I think they could make more money if they have a menu in English and someone who meet and greet the customers. For a moment I was thinking of leaving because of the awkwardness I encountered in the beginning. I simply stayed because my kids were very hungry and I was tired to look for another restaurant. I forgot to mention there is a big area for kids to enjoy.
